What does a typical day look like?

Our program runs from 9:00am to 3:00pm, with a mix of group activities and community access.

How We Work

Small Groups

We keep our groups small so everyone feels comfortable, supported, and part of the day. Support is provided at 1:1 and 1:2 ratios where needed.

What activities do you offer?

Cooking, shopping, sport, swimming, nature walks, and getting out into the community — including travel into the city. We keep things varied and engaging.
